We’re excited to officially join the Collision Bend family, stepping into an exciting new chapter as a nano brew house - while staying true to our roots as a seafood destination. We’re now brewing our own beer in-house, crafted to pair perfectly with our seasonal seafood menu.
 
To celebrate, join us for our first “Cooking with Al” class of the year on January 30 at 6:00 PM featuring the debut of our Alley Cat Oyster Stout. Make it a date night or grab your friends for a hands-on, four-course cooking experience with beer and wine pairings.
 
Chef Al will lead the evening alongside Collision Bend brewers and our wine representative, guiding guests through each dish and pairing.
