Calling all oyster lovers! 🦪🦪🦪
Welcome to our first annual Alley Cat Oyster Passport. This is your chance to try new oysters, and get rewarded for doing so. Each time you enjoy a new oyster on the list, you will receive a stamp, putting you one step closer to your next reward.

OYSTER DETAILS:
This year’s passport features just under 60 oysters! While all the oysters are from the East Coast, there is a wide variety selected with multiple harvest locations and flavor profiles. Some are more commonly recognized, while others are harder to source, and seasonally available. Each Oyster listed in the passport has their growing conditions, harvest area details, tasting notes, and pairing suggestions.

Tough shucker | 35 oysters > $25 gift card & one entry to win tickets to our wine dinner
Dedicated slurper | 45 oysters > Two drinks, an appetizer, swag bag and two entries to win tickets to our wine dinner
The oyster connoisseur | 55 oysters > Tickets for two to our 5 course wine dinner on Friday, May 3rd. (those who cannot attend will receive a date night for two which includes a preset 3 course meal and drink pairings.)
