End of Summer Harvest Wine Dinner

Celebrate with us on Friday, August 25th at the End of Summer Harvest Wine Dinner! Enjoy a five-course wine pairing dinner from Chef Al Ives, in collaboration with wine expert Maggie from Vintage Wine. Each course will feature a seasonal ingredient including mixed peppers, baby squash, heirloom tomatoes, corn and peaches.

The dinner will be from 6:30pm-9:00pm and tickets are $85 each (+tax and gratuity).

 MENU:

Course One: Mixed Peppers

King Crab, Watermelon, Agrodolce | Paired w/ Chemistry Sparkling Rose

Course Two: Baby Squash

Fritter, Carpaccio, Pickle  | Paired w/ Corte Giacobbe Soave    

Course Three: Heirloom Tomato

Pasta, Confit, Basil | Paired w/ Fontalpino Chianti Classico

Course Four: Sweet Corn 

Dry Aged Ribeye, Panna Cotta, Corn Ribs  | Paired w/ Andrew Murray Syrah

Course Five: Peaches

Upside Down Cake, Fuzzy Navel Sorbet, Miso Pecan Caramel | Paired w/ Monchhof Reisling
