End of Summer Harvest Wine Dinner

Celebrate with us on Friday, August 9th at the End of Summer Harvest Wine Dinner! Enjoy a six-course wine pairing dinner from Chef Al Ives, in collaboration with wine expert Maggie from Vintage Wine. Each course will feature a seasonal ingredient including mixed peppers, baby squash, heirloom tomatoes, peaches, candy onions, and sweet corn.

The dinner will be from 6:30pm-9:00pm and tickets are $100 each (+ tax/gratuity). Doors open at 6:00pm.

 MENU:

Course One: Cucumbers and Mixed Peppers

Halloumi, Hot Sauce, Herbs | Paired w/ Alexander Valley Vineyards, Rose of Sangiovese Dry

Course Two: Baby Squash

King Crab, Fritter, Squash, Sunflower Tahini | Paired w/ Vina Robles, Viognier Huerhuero Vineyard Estate Paso Robles   

Course Three: Heirloom Tomato

Roulade of trout, Ratatouille, Cold Sauce | Paired w/ Damilano, Barbera d’Asti

Course Four: Peaches 

Wild Boar, Chanterelles, Peaches, Sage | Paired w/ Alexander Valley Vineyards, Zinfandel Alexander Valley

Course Five: Candy Onion

Sakura Beef, Yellow Wax Bean, Candy Onion Pierogi, Black Garlic Jus | Paired w/ Red Schooner, Voyage 4 Red Wine NV

Course Six: Sweet Corn

Blueberry-Buttermilk Pie, Smoked Corn Ice Cream, Sea Salt Caramel | Paired w/ Coming Soon
