First Course: Cauliflower Bisque | crab croque madame
Second Course: Smoked Salmon Nicoise | frisee, capers, egg, beans, potato, tomato, lemon puree
Third Course: Beef Tournedos Rossini | celery root puree, baby carrots, foie gras truffle, madeira demi glace
Fourth Course: Chocolate Brownie | pineapple coulis, coffee ice cream
